I have offers from JPMC and Regnology (via Teksystem). Need suggestions which one to consider being a new parent.

JPMC - Offering 40 fixed,AWM LOB,4 days wfo
Regnology -Offering 43 fixed, REMOTE for a year or maybe complete.
This is on payroll of Teksystem till 6-12 months then will have the option to choose conversion to Regnology GCC which is being set up in India.

I am thinking of giving a try on Regnology,if that works it will be great for my family too.

Suggest me guys, need inputs.

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
