Curious- how would a country ever figure out you remote worked from there (only for a few weeks)?

I have more than seven years of experience with mixed methods social science research with a heavy emphasis on qualitative methods. I’m trying to transition into a remote UX research role, but I’m unsure about how tech professionals perceive my background and qualifications. I would love your ideas about 1.) what would make someone like me more competitive in the field and 2.) what the most appropriate roles (entry/mid/senior/manager) are for someone with my level of experience. People who are happy that the office is dead should reconsider. If the office is dead wouldn't that mean more outsourcing and less TC forward? Isn't it short sighted to think jobs will stay in the US if they are remote considering how expensive it is to hire here?

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

Currently at Big 4. Have offers for a PL/Principal at MBB and for a VP role at a Fortune 20 company. The VP role is more interesting and comp a bit better but I’m told would accelerate faster at MBB. The initial plan was to end up at MBB. What’s the best for future flexibility?

Does MBB take summer interns pre-mba? I’m doing the 1-Y program at Kellogg but wanted to see if they would do an internship right before the program starts? Curious if anyone has done that or know of people who have?
