I have received an offer from wipro with a package of 24 Lakhs , with a10 % variable pay how much i can expect a fixed pay

My monthly salary is around $6.4k after-tax. Living in NYC. Do you think it’s reasonable that I pay:
- about $1.5k on rent
- about $500 on utilities and subscriptions
- about $900 on student loan
- about $2k on food and etc.
My saving goals is around $3k so been trying to adjust my monthly spending.

Do ppl really take approval from to do alternate travel? Even if flights are much cheaper than your usual flight?

What is the value in professional certifications? ACCA, CFA, CIPD, etc.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
