I have recently joined Microsoft. I plan to opt for Microsoft provided ESPP which will allow me to convert a portion of my salary to stocks. The only broker you can choose for this is Fidelity.

I have also received an email to opt for the broker for my RSU - between Fidelity and Morgan Stanley.

Should I go with Fidelity for both or is it better to choose Morgan Stanley for RSU?

I am an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator with 15+ years of experience. I have program management and pharmaceutical manufacturing experience that gives me additional unique experience. Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?
