Total CTC : 10,70,000 (fixed) + Variable comes to 13 Lakhs
My Current salary in Capgemini: 8.5 L all fixed.

TBH I don’t see it beneficial in any way but would like to negotiate.

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
