I have recently started exercising and playing tennis again after being inactive for a while. Had a two hour singles match two days ago and was really sore yesterday but better today. But today I was feeling a bit dizzy and hot.

I decided not to go to tennis practice tonight, but now am wondering should I have toughed it out? Not sure if that would have made things better or worse.

How are your heart & lungs?

Smart to pass on tonight. I fence and there are periods when I can’t. When I jump back in (also about 2 hours class), I’m definitely sore the next day or two. I have never ever felt dizzy or hot.

I avoid doctors unless really necessary but what you describe sounds like it could be a blood pressure issue. Please check that out.

I'm reading this book on boundaries. In the work section it says I should tell my boss that I can't work after 5 PM. Knowing that advertising work commonly goes past 5 PM...would my job be in danger if I said that?
There's not really a rule book that says I must work until the work is done even though it's an unsaid expectation. Thoughts?

I’m 36 and I recently reached a net worth of 1 million dollars. I thought I was doing good but then I see other people with several millions and can’t help but wonder how they got there.
