How are your heart & lungs?
Smart to pass on tonight. I fence and there are periods when I can’t. When I jump back in (also about 2 hours class), I’m definitely sore the next day or two. I have never ever felt dizzy or hot.
I avoid doctors unless really necessary but what you describe sounds like it could be a blood pressure issue. Please check that out.
