I have seen UBS folks are really biased and don't want CS people to grow. Even the promotions are totally biased.

What are the requirements to promote from analyst to senior analyst? I’ve been with Deloitte for two years now and am wondering how I go about making myself promotable. I don’t have a CPA, CFE, etc. Is one of those required?

Anyone that works for DOD have trouble getting their CAC? I work with the Navy and haven't heard anything about issuing a CAC. Did they stop issuing out CACs?
