I have sent official email of resignation last week to my manager cause I requested to reduce the notice period by 2 weeks that mean I will serve 1.5 months. ( in this case manager needs to fill resign form)
But now my manager haven't filled it yet and postponing it by silly reasons like they will need to talk to HR to reduce notice period.

My new company HR is repeatedly asking for my LWD .

I am not sure now how to handle this situation.
Any suggestions??

Hey folks, I got an offer from IBM ISL, But the offer is dated 2 months as joining date, but my notice period is 3 months. This was agreed by the hiring manager. He also offered Joining bonus if I could join in 2 months. HR said the date is tentative and they will renew the offer, so I accepted the offer. Now am running behind the HR to get the offer renewed.
