Co-Working Space Agreements - team is thinking about using some co-working space in a new market (similar to we work and Regus). Got the agreement today and it isn’t really a license, more like completely one sided terms and conditions not in our favor. No indemnification, insurance, etc. no guaranty of security or that no one else can access our private office (We aren’t looking for just a desk, but a private office suite). Skill Interview at Accenture placed me in L6. Did some research and going to ask for $200k base, 20% bonus 20% sign-on bonus. Glassdoor has average at 203k base(1552 salaries). For a Workday Data Conversion Lead Role, I have 6 YOE in Workday, 16 YOE in ERP Implementations. Is this fine or over/under? Currently 180k, 20% Bonus, $5k annual bonus.
