I have successfully cleared two technical rounds in Accenture, and I received a link to schedule my HR discussion the next day. However, since then, my HR discussion has been repeatedly rescheduled on every scheduled end date. It has now been almost one and a half months, and the process is still pending. I am unsure whether my profile is on hold or if I will receive the offer letter. I know many candidates are facing similar delays. can I expect the interview will Be scheduled.

Received an offer at 300k/year and a Google offer at 200k/year.
I wanted Google since I started the whole interview process, but I am now not sure given the salary difference.

The position at Google is more junior and the team is just being formed, which involves more risk. However, I like the team at the other company.

The difference in salary is really considerable to push me to rethink this. Is it worth it? Can you share your experiences of when you accepted a lower job offer and why?

Received a pretty nice job offer (40% bump) but I really don’t feel qualified for the position. I’ve clearly stated my experience and the new company is still extremely interested in me. I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.
