Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

When is it best to leave consulting? Here's how I think about it.
First, are you enjoying it? If so, why leave (it can be a great life long career)?
Second, are you still learning fast? If not, you're missing out.
Last, what skills do most employers value? In my experience, this dictates 2 optimal jumping off points:
(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

McK doesn’t have much business. Mainly because of their incentives system. We keep saying our value prop is “proprietary data” but that really does not justify the price tag since 80% of that data is readily available online through LLMs
Not sure if my sources are accurate, but I hear BCG is doing well.. and, have built a huge team of implementation/deployment engineers and winning lot of business.
Industry wide. Top firms moving down market to offset decelerating growth in core offerings
Where are they going to from mck? Other firms or industry roles?
My sponsors have left. They were talented people and have joined the industry. I don’t know how long can I stay here - on the beach.
