I heard from somewhere that Accenture is planning to hire all offshore resources from Eviden belonging to FedEx account, and Eviden is negotiating regarding onshore members as well with Accenture but Accenture is not ready to hire onshore folks, at least not on direct payroll.

On the other hand, transition plans have already been communicated from our team to Accenture.

What exactly is going on, can anyone please throw some light ? Getting a lot of conflicting answers everyday

I've got an offer from Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS). They are offering 20 LPA fixed.
Currently CTC = 14 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Should I make the move or wait for a year to bag a better offer (maybe 25+)?
The HR said I'm getting 20 cause of less YOE

Also, what's the WLB and work in OFSS?

Do you all feel that the Health Insurance choice is actually all the same? The coverage is absolutely copy and paste for Bronze to Platinum and the deductible/copay is very similar.
I just don’t understand why we have the illusion of “choice” if the offer is the same and it is really bad (in our case).
Going from $61 per paycheck for 2.5k deductible 75% copay to $500+ per paycheck with 500 deductible 85% copay.
