I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

The irony is that management under pressure from the Board, expects employees to share the loss of their bad decisions, and by ignoring our hikes they think they will be able to repay the Debt.
So, am not sure how many more years this would continue.
Now they're in vicious cycle, they won't give hike - employees will leave - no one will join the company - company will not get new contract - company will make losses - no hikes 😕
Well, one would expect the management to recognize the efforts of at least those who are still chargeable and have projects in the pipeline.
