I have been contacted by Accenture for the role of Sales Operations and I successfully cleared the interview, later I was asked to submit the documents probably for pre-BGV to release the offer letter. 

Post submitting the documents, I was told by my PoC that my previous employment with Accenture was not found due which offer letter was not released. Can someone help in this situation please.

Can anyone tell what kind of interview questions asked for java profile in accenture?

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
