I i have been contacted on email by Citiustech after 2 rounds of interview to submit documents for negotiations for role of scrum master( shows awaiting documents for boarding pass) However no HR called me phonically Can they reject after submitting documents or is it a green signal . Can we put down papers But my hiring manager never responds to calls I don't know whom to contact
