You're either hired as Virtual USDC, or you're hired as a USDC resource. The latter is expected to live within 100 miles of a USDC or relocate to within 100 miles of the USDC. There were a lot of people hired during covid who were hired for USDC with the premise that they would relocate at some point in the future but when always been very unclear and still unclear consider our new hybrid model.
I think it’s because now it’s close to promotion seasons. But you should probably double check with TBA for the exact reason. Keep us posted!

Was in the office yesterday and yes there's monitors, granted not on every station but plenty of them and magnet shows which ones have monitor.

I talked with Talent myself recently because someone I lead on my team is wanting to move away from his local USDC office but not to one of the others.

Dang. There is a freeze, but i don't think its in effect as yet.

AFAIK freeze starts from Feb 18 . My TBA told this to my coachee , he is in process to transfer from usdc to core
That's a totally different thing about transferring to core. There has always been a path for USDC to core (yet a tricky path), but there's never been a path from USDC to Virtual USDC. Only virtual USDC are those that got hired as such. They are still not sure what they will do with virtual USDC. You can transfer from virtual USDC to USDC, assuming you relocate to a USDC office location.
