I interviewed twice with a big national company, was told I'd hear back in 2 weeks, and it's now been longer with no communication. My follow-up email also went unanswered. It feels so unprofessional and more than a little disheartening. What's the deal with all this ghosting?

Any tips on how to get started on prepping for VC interviews

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

What was your final round interview like? Have two coming up with two MD’s at the same firm and trying to be easy breezy about it.
