Tata Consultancy I interviewed with TCS for what I believed was a full-time role in canada. The TCS DM scheduled my client interviews but used a Gmail ID and never disclosed the client name. After I cleared both rounds, he confirmed my selection. Later, a consultancy I never interacted with claimed they arranged the interview and pressured me to accept a lower contract offer. Eventually, DM said they had budget issues and couldn’t hire full-time. Was I misled? Does this happen often? Who is at fault here?
