In these circumstances, what should I do? Without an experience letter, how can I justify this experience when applying for my next job?
Whatb is the reason HR says for not giving the experience letter. Also try to get the reason for termination in written . If not Launch a complaint in ministry of labour and employment government of india. You need to be sure that your side was clear at this time of termination. Hope Your last appraisal rating was good. Else they can justify saying a bad resource etc.. also there are rules by government that if thry want to fire employee due to project issues, then compensation need to be provided to employee. If not with all supporting evidence like salary slip, bank account statement, offer letter , pf statement etc submit the complaint. You can search in google on whats the rule of terminating an emp in india and where to complaint.
At the same time try to get a new jon parallel. Dont leave the prev employer just like that let them learn lessons from this.
Also with the proof, post it in LinkedIn page about the company (do it only if you are sure that your part is clear) else it will fire back on you. Usually companies will not do such practices until unless their is genuine reason .
I am a fresher in the technical field, so I don't have much knowledge about how corporate works. I feel like I have unfortunately been placed in a scam company. I joined the company on November 20th, and my probation ended on May 20th. They terminated me on June 3rd. When I asked them why they are not giving me an experience letter, they said that they can't provide an experience letter for an employee who only served a probation period. They mentioned that employees are working in the company under a bond period, so if other employees find out that I received an experience letter, they might also leave the company before the bond period ends and ask for certificates.I performed my duties without any code of conduct issues. They hired me as a software engineer but even forced me to do hardware-related work. They didn't conduct a single assessment test. It seems like the termination was due to the client withdrawing or cost-cutting, but they can't accept the fact that they terminated me for their own reasons. My offer letter includes a clause stating they can terminate me whenever they want without any prior notice, but it doesn't mention anything about the experience letter.
If you have insurance you can apply for unemployment benefits by providing termination letter it should not mention that due to low performance terminated it
Experience letter should be given by HR check legal ways to get it tell if they not provided i will go to that abc department

If you have bond try to read all the clauses and sue them in court

You don’t have experience letter that’s fine! You have PF account so now you don’t have to worry about other things! All HR people understand this scenario, so don’t make it big deal. Just don’t tell them upfront while aligning interviews otherwise they will prefer other candidate with all documents.
Since you already have salary slip, termination letter and EPFO account, your exp is proven. You did not mention whether they have deposited any money in the EPF ac. If not please complain to relevant labor department.

First of all bond is illegal in india
Second other employees abscond then within bond period they can't give exp letter reliving letter without serving notice period. If they want to serve notice period then they have to pay bond amount also
Third your issue is different i.e. that your organisation terminated your bond so they are liable to pay compensation experience letter reliving letter
My frnd who terminated within probation period also receive termination letter + experience letter + 1 months salary
