I joined Capgemini on 16th Jan 2026, and haven't received my salary yet, any idea whether I will be getting my salary before the 7th of successive month (7th Feb as per some document ) or will I be getting my salary on 28th Feb 2026 ? I heard that they have some salary cycles from the 1st to 15th and 16th to 31st of a month. My friend who joined on 14th Jan 2026 received their salary today (30th Jan), Can anyone please share their feedback or suggestions?

Hey guys! Currently in WM ops at Morgan Stanley for the past 1 year dealing with alternative lending, I’m super underpaid with 3 years of experience which is very frustrating. (73k). Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying? Maybe even getting referred? I have a deep knowledge of investments and always felt inclined to go down this route.
