I joined EY GDS few months back in their business consulting SL. (ctc30.5, M2) However, with my experience and my performance and workload, I truly feel I should be SM1. I am getting good offers from other service based companies. My performance is widely appreciated and I am expecting progression to M3.
1. How long it would take to become SM1, Will EY act on it if I have a counter offer
2. Given the post and hike is good, should I switch to service based companies(Indian IT MNC)
