I joined IBM in Aug as a Support Engineer for Apptio. I have epilepsy & memory issues, cleared interviews but after joining struggled in a demo with my PEM, who doubts why I was hired. I’m a slow learner, away from my parents for the first time, living far from the office due to health. Pressure from PEM & TL makes me feel like crying daily. I was jobless 1.5 yrs & don’t want to lose this. How do I cope with pressure & learn effectively despite health challenges?

I'm getting a MAcc to career change to forensic accounting. What opportunities are available to me with a data analytics heavy MAcc? I'm also tacking on 2 graduate certificates in Applied Statistics and International Economic Policy? For those in the field, would that be useful or not useful (i.e. waste of time)? I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
