He didn't want me to leave lol

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

whatever your reasons, they should be:
- why you’re valuable to the agency
- how you being there improves process, organization, and how the agency works overall
- how you’re more valuable now than when you were hired at the salary you accepted back then
and should not be:
- because you’ve been there for a while
- because you think you deserve is, just because
- because you think other people are being paid more
than you (unless it’s an gender equal pay case)
- because you took too little when you were hired
Agree with DAD1. Also bring in comps for your position in your area. I got mine off Glassdoor. I literally put my accomplishments, job responsibilities, comps, and intangibles (things like I’m well respected and well liked) in a PowerPoint, printed it out, and brought it to my boss so I was fully prepared in what I wanted to say. Also, be prepared to walk away. I had been underpaid for several years, promised they they would appropriately adjust my salary to my new management position, so I told them that if they didn’t (finally) do it, I would walk away, and I was. Successfully negotiated almost 40% raise!
Have you previously not been taken seriously?
Prep a script, have a good rationale and some clear results as well as expectations. I'd say, try NOT to focus on any kind of timeframes ("as you'll be aware, I've been here for a year, and..."), instead, focus on results and actual things you've done, mention satisfied colleagues / clients etc. (Has your work retained clients? Are they spending more? Perhaps the client is happier / more profitable? Have you trained or mentored anybody? Done something amazing for the agency? Created a new process? Etc.).
The way I've done it before, is I have wrapped my achievements in a sentence or two in a quick as a matter of fact way, that my senior didn't have a chance to interrupt, and then added something along the lines of: "with this in mind, I'd like to have my salary reviewed. What are your thoughts?" And then gauged reaction... but had my expectations for salary and timeframes ready.
The people who work with you already think you’re worthy or not. Ask them
