I joined wipro 3 months back, now i m getting opportunity in a new company established 8 years ago for 48% hike, is it good to leave wipro for a new company (well funded in banking domain with good revenues), or shall I wait?

Is there any ways to by pass the notice period though i got on boarded directly billable from first week of joining, so notice period is 90 days, which i don't want to serve. Is there any way to do this

I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

1.Wipro will give any hike after completing probation period of 6 months??
2. And is there band change will happen after completion of probation period?

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.
