I joined wipro 3 months back, now i m getting opportunity in a new company established 8 years ago for 48% hike, is it good to leave wipro for a new company (well funded in banking domain with good revenues), or shall I wait?
Is there any ways to by pass the notice period though i got on boarded directly billable from first week of joining, so notice period is 90 days, which i don't want to serve. Is there any way to do this

If the company financials are good then surely go ahead. Additional to this also try to get some details on company culture like micro-management, biasing by higher management etc etc
Within one month of joining Wipro, Even I got the offer from a company and they offered me 37%, but I didn't accept because issues like low profit, Micro Management.
So consider after analysing all these factors.
