I joined Wipro recently and I am in the free pool now.not sure why they hired me if there is no requirement .anyway they are sending non compliance mail stating that I should be allocated in the project in next 45 days or else they will take action. I got rejected in a couple of interviews and I got non compliance mail for both the instances. what would happen if I didn't get any project for my skill set , will I be terminated?I am really worried about my situation and can someone help me with this?
