I just completed a case interview that took me over two hours to complete. I've never had one of these take longer than 45 minutes or so. I'm exhausted. What's the longest you've spent doing a case interview?

Forgive the basic question but can you contract around state statutes? For ex, customer wants to insert state contractor payment statutes and have that state law govern. I’m assuming the way around this is to have another more preferable state as choice of law?
