I just got an offer for a Senior Accountant role at a tech company for $98k base plus a 10% bonus. I’ve been in industry for about 6 years now. Does that sound fair for the current market, or should I be asking for $110k? I want to make sure I’m not selling myself short, especially if rates have gone up lately.
