I just got scolded by Director about a mistake I made on an incorrect amount I said we were supposed to be paying for rent for 1 of our clients. I didnt enter the monthly rent for the client which caused there to be a slight difference. She said "Ive already sent the document amount & its been signed. I will create a new one & send it, but this doesnt make us look good. How can we better communicate when the amount has been double-checked so I send the correct amount?" How should I respond?
