Still negotiate another 5 to 10% this sounds baseline for what it is
I think you should still negotiate assuming that most companies aren't offering great cost of living raises these days.
I don't know your country or area, but only negotiate if your willing to lose the job. If you are, negotiate, if not and you are happy, don't. In this economy many companies will not say mo, but pull the whole offer.
Negotiate. At least one round. There's no way they are going to resend an offer for one round of negotiation. The worst that would probably happen is they would say no.

I would still try to negotiate - obviously up to you based on your recruiting experience and how good a fit it is but in my experience I’ve always thought negotiating was worthwhile
