I just saw a job posting for a luxury boutique that requires a full headshot with the application. Is this even legal anymore? It feels like a blatant way to filter people based on looks before they even see a resume. I refused to attach a photo out of principle. Am I shooting myself in the foot or is this a massive red flag for a toxic management culture?

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.
