I just want to say, this Taylor Swift doc is such a great reminder that it IS possible to run an elite creative operation with kindness. Obviously they choose the best moments and interviews, but you can see it in the way they give each other feedback and react when people make mistakes. Highly recommend even if you’re not a swiftie!

I had an interview for an senior mgmt role at a bank and the interview was going very well. Beginning of the interview, she mentioned my resume was very impressive. She also said I was extremely intelligent and that I had a bright future; however they’re interviewing people with over 26 years of experience and would want someone more seasoned. I’m feeling super discouraged. Why bother with my resume at all?

Last Tuesday, I had a partner interview with PwC Australia. Partner told me that I would receive a result until the end of previous week. But I haven’t received it yet. I emailed Responsible recruiter last Friday but the feedback was not available at that time. Today I decided to follow up again regarding interview result and she told me that she has received feedback and wanted to call me tomorrow. Does it mean that she will give reason for rejection?
