I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. Have you tried just walking up to someone in your gym and asking if they'd like to be an accountability partner for you? Look for someone who looks comparatively new to the gym so they could also benefit from being partners with you.
I kind of love the idea of a Hinge/Bumble for finding a gym buddy, no idea if that actually exists though. I've never intentionally sought out a workout buddy, it just kind of happens organically. You get used to seeing the same faces at the same time and inevitably start talking when someone wants to work in with you.
You could try and find some local groups! I found some classes this way, something different to add to my workout routine and met a lot of people that I go with other things to. Good motivation, but remember it’s up to you at the end of the day! And falling off happens, you just start again!
