I just went through the same scenario recently. I believe this is the standard feedback those days. It has nothing to do with the candidate qualification. It is just just the new way to put you down gently in a neutral way.

I've previously asked what the other candidates had that I didn't because I already knew I was over qualified. They told me the other candidates had done volunteering, so I went and did some volunteering! It's unlikely you can ever get everything, it always just depends who you are up against.
Going through the same thing. Most recently told I wasn’t selected because I haven’t had as much corporate experience as the other candidate.
Here’s the catch. I can’t disclose previous employers due to NDA so there’s no way they could have determined that.
It’s clear there was too much grey in my beard but using that as a reason is a no no. They all want experience without the birthdays…

Tough market
Quantity is the way out. You are competing in a very competitive job market and it is going to take some time to find an opportunity where you have the specific experience they are looking for. Beyond that, networking can be a big help.
