Sounds like you could use a change of pace/a new challenge. Make time to start looking for a new role that you would enjoy now while you are employed. Repetitive mistakes may cause undue attention and stress. Some jobs are stepping stones to a better opportunity.
I'd try to make some check lists for yourself jus tot give you a reminder on how to do things so that you're not accidentally making any mistakes or forgetting important details. If you don't love you job then you can also start to look at what other jobs are out there and think about if any of them would be a better fit for you. Wishing you the best of luck!!
You're human. Forgive yourself, but also try to set yourself up to avoid reoccurrence. Also, consider doing the most important/tedious tasks requiring the most concentration at the time of day when you feel most productive. For me, between 10am and noon is when I do my best work. Otherwise, I'm still tired, hungry or I'm ready to be done with my day 😂
It sounds like your brain is bored and not being challenged/stimulated. 🫠 If you aim for a new position at your same spot or a different company all together, help your brain with little changes in your routine until the big change happens. Change your commute (if you're in-office), brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand, change out your mouse pad and other visuals around your work area - just try to activate your brain and senses so that you can make a clear decision about any big changes you need to make with your career.
Well sadly OP usually if you keep making the same mistakes and are completely careless you are likely going to be put on a PIP. I would start trying to pay a little more attention to detail if I were you.
