I know RTO is being pushed heavily but I read a piece recently that talked about how some companies are only being strict about the policy to the so-called 'low performers' of the company and the star performers are being exempt from the mandate. I think it's pretty unfair because not everyone gets the chance to 'exceed' in their career with an equal chance... simply because of what they're stuck doing in a company as compared to others. What are your thoughts on this? Do you face this at work?

People with dogs: how did you get your dog used to city life? My dog is almost a year and half now (having lived the past ~5 months in the city) and he is terrified of the city. We used to live in the suburbs so much more quiet and low key. The cars going by, sudden sounds, bikes/scooters are a huge stressor, but more than anything it’s people - if he sees anyone walking or around him he panics and tries to flee. I can’t afford to send him to an expensive dog trainer and don’t know what to do :/
