Exactly.
I definitely prefer a slow day, but they are becoming increasingly rare. I would love for all my customers to have all the time they need, but I have a queue of dozens of people who just get angrier and angrier as they wait. It's such a balance between being patient and efficient.

I use to take calls so I completely understand. I wish for slower days in your near future lol
I like slower days as well. I tend to get a little flustered when it is super busy and chaotic. I feel like I perform better on slower days actually.

Rights slow days makes the day seem longer but very productive
I absolutely prefer the slower days. I would far rather be bored than be stressed out. Plus, the customers are my favorite part about the job, and I love being able to spend more time just making conversation with them.
This!! When theres nobody else around it's nice to get to know customers. Ive gotten some really funny stories from folks on my slow days lol
I'm in the minority here. I think busy, fast, and chaotic days go quickly and keep me busy, where I find slow days to just drag.
