I live in Pune I have a offer of 37 LPA from a start-up company, and 42 LPA from MNC which is in Hyderabad. For now I cannot relocate to Hyderabad due to personal reason but can travel weekly. Not able to decide which one to choose.
Travelling and living in Hyderabad will cost around 5 L which will eventually be 37L. But there are other factors too company stability, benefits etc

It will ask you to work on multiple projects but will hardly appreciate or value your work.
They will ask you to come to the office on Sunday for business critical work and won't give any cab or food facilities.
