Breathing exercise really works for me. Keep calm as much as possible. Then breathe in as deeply and gently as you can, through your nose. I hope this helps! :)
Meditate atleast for 10 mins everyday in the morning. Wont solve the problem immediately but it will get easier in the next couple of weeks if u do it regularly.

You could also try listening to soothing music.
Things will happen at its own pace , don’t stress out or over do stuff, I have been there and seriously , no other thing is important than health , go out with friends , talk to them, do regular exercise, enjoy a bit
I’m no expert but unlike physical illness, panic attacks can’t be cured by medication alone. Try to identify what was the paint point - something to do with your personal or professional life. And then act upon it. If your work may have triggered tension or stress it’s time for a break. Over the long term I suggest you speak to a shrink. Because I have had panic attacks and opening up to someone who isn’t judgemental helps keep your mind at peace. Feel free to DM if you wanna talk :)

what I do is "grounding" I think of 5 things I can see, 4 things I can hear, 3 things I can smell, 2 things I can taste, 1 thing I can touch. usually calms me down
Read about 4-7-8 breathing techniques
Take some vitamin and mineral supplements for help in coping this
