I work in a state where abortion was previously banned and is now still pretty heavily restricted. Lately I've heard a lot of really negative and hurtful comments about patients who are picking up contraceptives, and about people who are pro-choice. I don't usually bring my political views to work, and now I feel like I honestly can't say anything without making work really uncomfortable for myself (I'm pro-choice). What should I do?

IT audit people.. specifically IT SOX.. (I moved from Sox in 2019 so plz pardon my ignorance) with the Sox amendments in 2018 to include cyber security.. do you guys now audit for cyber risk as well? And not just ICFR? What are some of the main changes?

I got passed on an industry position that I was really excited about. Had multiple interviews with the company and was 1 of 2 people left and they went with the other person. Had a great WLB and over a 40% pay increase. Feeling very discouraged and kinda like I just got dumped. Find it difficult to believe that there will be many other opportunities like this. Quick California civil procedure question - is a defendant required to file a cmc statement even though it has not yet filed a responsive pleading to the complaint? Plaintiff delayed in serving the complaint but the court set a cmc date at the time the complaint was filed. Now the cmc is scheduled for a week after our answer is due, as a result of the delayed service. What are the requirements for the cmc statement? Do we even need to file?Cant seem to find anything on this in the rules. Thanks!

a few weeks ago we had a super busy day with scripts and i think i went into ‘autopilot’ because i don’t remember it happening, but i handed out the wrong prescription to someone (before you get mad, i only started a few weeks ago and i’m a junior assistant), out of all people i could’ve given the wrong medication to, it was a blind person. i have severe anxiety already and want to know some tactics to go back to work without guilt? i take guilt very heavy and struggle to get past it all

I have worked in four different types of pharmacy and I don’t really like anything so far. I don’t know what to do anymore. Right now I don’t feel like I can do any of these jobs forever. The types I have worked in are:hospital (pediatrics ), retail, specialty and a call center.
