I love my career but - I want more money. I’m about to get my MBA and have my sights set on a director position directly above my current manager one. But even then if I get it, it’s a nonprofit so still under 100k for lots more work… what advice might you give me? How long is appropriate to stay on my current career before looking for higher pay after I complete grad school?

Only issue is I hate it have very little interest in accounting. I have seriously been considering pivoting towards a career in data and analytics by perusing a masters in data analytics or data science. Thought - In the Georgia runoff elections, the best use of Democrat money would be to run ads which seem to have a conservative bent and play up the election fraud conspiracies, claiming the election system is broken and can’t be trusted.
