Yes! This year I have the most delightful caseload. 4 weeks into the year and I can tell you I love them all so much already. I have a few that are giving me a run for my money, but how can you be angry with little kids who occasionally pause what they’re doing just to say I love you 🥹 This year I’ve spent the first month really working on routines and basic skills and it already feels like I’m ahead of the game with my management. I’m a little behind in curriculum, but it feels well worth it to not be pulling my hair out every night with stress!

Yes! I've been to dinners, camping trips, and now am being invited to gradutions and even weddings. (Been teaching a long time). I love making these connections with families. I've actually made better friends with some of my parents than I have with co-workers.
