Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

I would keep going, but pace myself. I have found stopping completely risks momentum, but pushing too hard leads to burnout. I try to prioritise the strongest opportunity without closing others.
Totally understand, it’s an exhausting process. I would encourage you to just push through and not leave an opportunity on the table when you aren’t guaranteed what will happen with the first.
Keep going, do not stop. Final interview/ offer is not guaranteed. Additionally, you’re missing on something very important, leverage!! You get to be in charge of the clock, slow down for one job or speed up for the other. Furthermore, you can now tell both you are interviewing with others, finish rounds, potential multiple offers. That should be the goal, cause your desirability will be greater.
How strict have you been with your applications? From what you know, if everything else was the same, would you be more excited with the role that reached out this week over the one you’ve been interviewing at?
Interview cycles often take weeks and weeks to finish, so not wanting to start a new one until you complete the previous one could create a serious lag time in the process.
I’d accept the interview, but tell them you’re busy next week and ask to schedule it the week after. That keeps the process moving but also gives you a bit of a mental buffer.

I would keep going if you can, I know it's hard but once you find the right role it's all done!
I don't blame you for feeling that way. But in this job market, until you have an offer, I would keep interviewing. Even if one looks promising, don't stop until you have an offer in hand.
I wouldn’t stop until after your first day of work. One of the best stories I heard was about an employee, in automotive industry, who went on vacation to try out another job. She found that, when she started the new job, all was not as they had promised. She challenged their management. They were indifferent. So she told them that she quit. That, she was on vacation from her current employer.

Do what feels good to you. If it was me I would want to continue interviewing but I know I can’t do it 100% until I find out about the final interview.
It may be tempting. But do not relent. In one case I was interviewing the same day I got my offer. One company asked when I would like to start. I said, “As soon as possible.” After I had been on the job a little over a week, 911 hit. The company, that I was now working for, rescinded all job offers they had previously extended. Companies will do what’s in their best interests. It’s up to you to do what’s best for you. If that means keeping all the plates spinning, until you start your first day, I would do it.
