The best thing you can do is be direct, clear, and genuinely concerned. You can say something like: “This is awkward, but I care about your presence here and want you to succeed. I've noticed a hygiene issue that might be worth addressing. There’s been some feedback about body odor." No judgment, just kindness. Have you said anything yet?
