The best thing you can do is be direct, clear, and genuinely concerned. You can say something like: “This is awkward, but I care about your presence here and want you to succeed. I've noticed a hygiene issue that might be worth addressing. There’s been some feedback about body odor." No judgment, just kindness. Have you said anything yet?

Anybody catch this video? While it’s an interesting take, to me it’s at best an academic/enthusiast’s discussion. In all practicality, calling a $5k+ watch not luxury will almost always come off tone deaf to the general public. Obviously I know we’ve also had various forms of this discussion on the bowl and the bowl leader has the tier list as well, but thoughts?

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed. He was calmer and he told us to have a great day as he left us to clean up the mess he made.
