Kind of makes you wonder how they get through life, doesn't it? It's astounding that full grown adults can manage to be so completely clueless. How do they hold down jobs? Pay bills? Tie their shoes in the morning?

I wonder that myself, at any store, more often than not.
I've seen that happen when I went to drop off an Amazon return. It's become folklore that you can just take things to UPS or Kohl's and they'll take care of it. I saw a couple that had something for Amazon, and they had no QR code or anything. It sounded like their neighbor just said to take it to the UPS store and that was all there was to it. The clerk was trying to explain the procedure when I left, and I assume he's explaining it to someone else right now.
Im 40 now and ive been in retail since i was a teenager, for the most part. You will lose faith in the future of humanity fast haha.
