Hi folks
I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.

Amquest Education's Investment Banking course taught my friend that surface-level videos won't cut it for real interviews. Their modules focus on practicing how to explain concepts like DCS, LBOs, and comps in mock interviews. I recall struggling with a DCF question in an interview. Although I had watched some videos, I blanked out when asked to explain it. That made me realise that merely knowing a concept won't take you anywhere. You must be able to apply it under pressure. Has anyone else faced a similar situation?
