I need some consulting.

There's no standard mapping since industry doesn't have standardized levels. One company might have 7 levels between college hire and CEO, another might have 13.
At best you could look at a particular company and do a mapping, but you can't do a broad mapping like what you're asking for.
Great point. Our company had about 6-7 levels between entry to CEO.
This will vary dramatically by company. When I worked in strategy/ marketing, if you were an analyst in consulting you’d come in at sr. Marketing /analyst. If you were an associate , you’d likely be able to come in at manager, but only with 2-3 years experience , minimum.
