Learnt SPI/I2C/NVIC/exception handling and FREERTOS/OS. Now I want to apply to companies like Nvidia Texas Instruments Qualcomm NXP Without any prior experience I am a bit nervous as people say the interviews would be very difficult in these.

Hi Everyone!!
I am about to start working in ValueLabs as System Analyst (DevOps Engineer).
I am really looking forward for the same and am excited about it. Can anyone who is already working share his/her experience over there, growth perspective, culture and other useful things. Valuelabs
I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.
Thoughtworks
Experts please help.

You can be at the SM level and still focus largely on delivery, but there will definitely still be sales and BD portions of the job. I’m at a non B4 but my focus is on planning process and technologies. B4 SM for delivery would likely focus on management of very large multi-year engagements
Recommend you talk to your counselor. Regardless of domain or discipline, manager is very delivery focused with a minor priority on sales, senior manager is a mix of delivery and sales. As you become more proficient in management of transformational programs and client interactions, your sales acumen should improve. And not every level is the same by year - M1 isn’t the same as M3, SM1 isn’t the same as SM4 because the growth curve in consulting is steep
