But then they asked something unusual — if they can give me one rating lower in the upcoming appraisal cycle so they can use that rating for others, saying it won’t affect me because my last working day is in February and the appraisal is in April. Is it okay to agree to this, can a lower rating affect me in next company Bgv?Infosys Accenture
