Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

Of course you can. The more important question is whether the company will agree the added responsibilities warrant higher pay. The answer to that depends on how strong of a case you make.
And how strong your skills and previous experience are aligned to the role. Always remember you are always one among 2 or 3 finalists for a position.
You can ask for more but not for that reason. The hiring process as a whole is part of revealing the description, not just the initial posting.
I will say something like, “Because of the scope of this role, I need X-Y range.” Include experiences that show you are capable of the added tasks.
