I received an offer from Accenture for Level 10 (Senior Analyst) with:

Fixed Pay: 16 LPA

Variable Pay: Min 0% and Max 21%

But they did not provide a detailed compensation breakup.

Wanted to understand:

Is this considered a good package for Level 10?

How much monthly in-hand salary can I realistically expect after tax, PF, etc.?

How often does Accenture actually pay the variable component?

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?

One of my friend is having 1 offer in hand and she has signed offer letter with agreement for joining that company only and not to accept any offer from any other company ( even hike from current company ), what will happen if she deny to join that company? 5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

I am a Strategic Sourcing Manager with 7 YOE in both direct and indirect spend across various industries (Life sciences, IT and Insurance) I have been offered a role with Fidelity for 13 lpa + 1.5 variable.
